Pre purchase property surveys

A structural pre purchase survey gives the buyer an independent assessment of the overall condition of a property. Our surveys are carried out by a qualified Chartered Engineer that has extensive experience in inspecting a wide variety of properties. The final report describes the condition of the property, under separate headings, which summarise the overall condition of each building element.
